Exteriors.
Foundation and structure.

- The foundations will be reinforced concrete in line with the land's needs and in accordance with the geotechnical investigations and structural calculations.

- Bamboo corridor doors with concealed hinges, 40 mm thick, 210 cm tall and a 240 cm tall multi-purpose room. Stainless steel JNF accessories.

- The structure will be reinforced concrete pillars and reinforced concrete walls. Flooring for garage-free apartments will be concrete floor with load-bearing joists and one-way or two-way slab or reinforced slab will be used in the rest of the apartment. Structural steel pillars may be used, depending on the needs.

Facade.

- External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS) outer covering: 80 mm expanded Polystyrene (EPS) outer covering secured with special anchors with mortar on fibreglass mesh (three layers).

- Covers stone walls.

Roof.

- Impassable areas: flat reversed roof with gravel finish.

- Passable areas: roof with treated decking or Sinai stone, in accordance with design details.
- Insulation will be non-adhered PVC membrane, two thermal XPS insulation boards (total 10 cm), a geotextile filter separating sheet and finish.
